Enable users to customize the questions asked on the "Add Student" section of EMP. This will allow users to add students as prospects/inquiries with minimal information (Ex: Email, First Name, Last Name) without needing to import a file.

I submitted a request 2 years ago to at least be able to add phone # on the "add student" section. Maybe this will be ready when I open a campus on the moon.
