For certain permission groups with restrictions such as Representative, they do not have access to change Rep Assignment rules under EMP Settings, but since they do manage students, they can manually change the rep on a student's page, making it difficult for the admins to keep them from making such a change. It would be helpful if editing the rep on a student's page can be a separate permission item so admins have the option to leave it unchecked if they do not wish to grant reps this capability.
