We are adding faculty into EMP to communicate with prospect students. We do not currently have a way for the email template to add the faculty member's academic title(Dr.) in their email address. If we want to have students learn to address faculty as Dr. Smith, we need to have that field as a variable. Putting "Dr. Vicky" in the first name could cause problems if we want to insert a faculty members as "Dr. Smith". With the title being in first name field, we would default to Dr. Vicky Smith.
