Add Phone number and Middle Name to Add Student page Merged

Can we have a phone number and middle name option added to the "Add Student" link under "Students" so that we can have that information added right then, without having to find the students info later?

That form mimics your Inquiry Formfill, so if you add those fields to that form, they'll appear there.
