It would be great if there was a way to re-arrange the students' record page. Some reps like to have notes or to do's on the top when they are on a students' record page.

We'd like to see if the scheduled group action limit can be increased. For heavy group action users, 12 is not enough at the moment and would have to use workarounds instead.

It would be great if there was a way to opt a student in through their student record. If a rep is speaking with a student over the phone and asks to be opted in for text message, we could opt them in on the student record page.

It is not currently possible to determine when a record was deactivated. The date of deactivation should appear in the timeline, at the very least to determine whether a record was considered inactive before or after additional activities happened.
