Currently, EMP is very student-focused, but our recruitment strategy also involves working closely with college counselors, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other non-student contacts who play a critical role in influencing and supporting prospective students. It would be beneficial to have a comprehensive directory for community-based organizations, local nonprofits, schools, and other groups that aren't student organizations to add and manage them. This would enable us to build more direct relationships, send tailored communications, and track interactions or events.
