Can a live chat service be available to allow institutional personnel to connect with/reach out to prospects vice versa? We can see the recent interactions of students in EMP and if we are noticing that certain students are actively browsing our webpages, it would be great if we can reach out to the student and encourage him/her to apply, or to answer any questions that he or she may have. This service would allow students (and even parents) to reach out to us and recent a response instantly or in a timely manner (given that there are institutional personnel active/logged into EMP)
I agree. I have the same question. My university is considering partnering with a chat bot service but would rather have one that feeds information into our EMP automatically, if possible.
I can see that this conversation was started some years ago and I don't seem to see any further discussion or perhaps I am just missing it. But where is Liason with making this a service available for its clients staff?
