We would like the ability to opt-out of enabling the engagement monitoring feature that excludes unengaged records from receiving our communications. Our communications are timed and edited to already reduce the chances that communications go to spam and so, having a threshold put on our prospect/inquire database might reduce the chances of reaching our prospective student database through email.
