Liaison EMP

With the new dynamic emails, we need to add Rep Information to the drag & drop content options. We can add Rep information only by adding text information and photos manually, when it should be available as a drag and drop category.

We used to have spellcheck on all our communications viw EMP. I wouldlike to see how to add this feature back for efficiency.

From the event registration list, it would be nice to have a direct export to Excel. There are times when registration lists need to be shared to have name badges printed or to someone that does not have EMP access for check in. Export to include ...

LECOM asked that we update the file types to include MP4 files. This would help many clients when loading information into EMP. Many clients have asked for MP4 files to be allowed in the past.

It would be helpful to allow us to bulk update the Attended checkbox to indicate those that attended an event, rather than having to go through one at a time.

In Event Campaigns, for Signup Reminders, it would be helpful to have the option to schedule the reminder to go out x number of hours before the event, rather than just x days before.

In the Text Color drop-down menu, it would be a lot easier if a user can directly enter the HEX code for the text color instead of having to edit in HTML.

Deduplication takes time to go through each possible duplicate record. It would be great to have the ability to target by entry term so that current student records are kept up to date in a timely manner.
