I’d love to have a way to filter and group students explicitly based on how they responded to individual form questions, not just whether they submitted a form, but what they said in it.
Currently, the interaction filter provides some assistance, but it’s too broad. What I would ike to see is the ability to create groups based on specific answers from forms, surveys, or event registrations. For example, being able to pull a list of students who selected “Business” as their area of interest, answered “Yes” to a follow-up question, or chose a particular location preference on a visit form.
This would be incredibly helpful for sending targeted, relevant messages, such as following up with only the students who expressed interest in financial aid or inviting those who have shown interest in a specific academic program.
