It would be very helpful to have the ability to choose advanced search right away instead of having to do a regular search and then be given the advanced search option. I often need to search both active and inactive records at the same time, but I first have to search using the regular search before I can even get the button to access the advanced search and select "any". Why can we not just have the option to do advanced search right away? Or, at least have the option to select active, inactive, or any right away and then go into advanced mode only if you need to search by something other than name.
