Liaison EMP

When we click the "View Form Submission" button, it shows the application form with current data rather than the data from the actual submission. Thus, any name changes, phone number updates, and on and on, are lost from the point of application to current. We'd love to retain that information in EMP rather than only on paper if we print it immediately (which, in an effort to be green, we don't do unless we have additional supporting documents to necessitate an application folder for review).

Would love a toggle for "original form" and "current data" or something like that.

This is similar to idea EMP1-I-92.
