Notifications for SEM form submission

I'm wondering what we can do that would allow an EMP user to receive notifications when anyone fills out an SEM form? It appears you can select an option to get these notifications, but they don't seem to work. The only way to see who is signing up is through a daily recurring export report.

    These notifications work for us. Are your settings set to show notifications for Anyone or only "Records Assigned to Me" in the preferences section?
