Rep filter for groups offers include/exclude options (like Sources)

There are times when I'd like to filter to specific reps or ignore certain reps, but there is no straightforward way to create a group to choose only some reps. Utilizing the same functionality that the Sources filter has would solve this.

Allow group rep filter to be multiple select ("In the set" for reps) Merged

(I thought I'd requested this before, but I didn't find it - if it's out there, merge away) I'd love to be able to build a group of multiple reps' students, which would also be the only way to eliminate one rep.
