Allow us to indicate our office hours so we can note on the PURL if our office is currently open or closed based on the schedule that we input. If closed, note when we are open next.

Forward calls to our actual phone number when students call the automated message number used for texts and voice messages. They currently get a "this number is not in service" message.

Allow admin on accounts update the notification settings for all users within the EMP account.

We'd like to create a group of staff members (i.e. Student Workers) that can work as a team to complete To-Do's rather than To-Do's be assigned to a specific person. This would be extremely helpful for calling campaigns.

Let us create a text autoresponder so when a student opts in or signs up for an event we can text them if they opt in to automated messaging.

Would like the ability to see what is being created as it is being built vs. using a sample student (in different tab) to view. Having a preview button would be great.

In order to remove bots or spam from coming into our system via our forms, a recaptcha or other validation mechanism for forms would be ideal.

Currently, a group can remain useful if it contains field filters that use inactive values so long as the group is not edited/saved after the value is deactivated. I'd like to request that inactive values retain their ability to be selected in the...
