Most of our groups are specific to the entry year (and sometimes term) of the students. We often copy those groups to use again for the next year's crop of students. Doing so now is painfully labor intensive as it requires copying them one-by-one and updating the Entry Year and title of each. Then updating the campaigns they are associated with, yada yada yada.
Sure would be nice if there was a toggle for entry year that was more prominent than just being a field entry. Some way of saying "this is a group I will use again year after year" when you create it so that it's simple to update for the next year.
I'm not sure the best way to go about this and it could be a deeper architectural/structural issue, but it would save tons of time and irritating clicking.
