Please consider the possibility of integrating Zoom in EMP, same as GoToWebinar.

Assigned rep to get a notification of any touchpoint that gets added to a record assigned to them.

It would be helpful to allow us to bulk update the Attended checkbox to indicate those that attended an event, rather than having to go through one at a time.

It would be great if there was a way to re-arrange the students' record page. Some reps like to have notes or to do's on the top when they are on a students' record page.

Allow us to change the background color and content block color on responsive templates so we can use something other than light and dark grey.

We want to utilize a student's preferred name in print/email. We can't add the variable to these pieces because the majority of students have the field blank. Can we add a feature that allows us to use preferred name if a student lists it but firs...

We'd like to see if the scheduled group action limit can be increased. For heavy group action users, 12 is not enough at the moment and would have to use workarounds instead.

It would be great if there was a way to opt a student in through their student record. If a rep is speaking with a student over the phone and asks to be opted in for text message, we could opt them in on the student record page.

This gives the user control over when we have certain emails going out and allows us to send emails at times where they are more likely to be opened.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to choose advanced search right away instead of having to do a regular search and then be given the advanced search option. I often need to search both active and inactive records at the same time, but ...
