Would it ever be possible to be able to add attachments to emails, or upload a document into a student's PURL page?

We would like a way to organize Email Templates. Either by date, most used, or foldering.

It would be great if the users could see more than 500 to do's at a time.

In addition to being able to set a notification to receive an email when a To-do is added, can a notification be made available for users to receive an email on the day a To-do needs to be completed? This will notify users that do not log in daily.

Many of our admissions staff use Calendly as an appointment scheduling tool. We would like EMP to integrate with Calendly allowing for touchpoints to be created as prospective students schedule appointments via Calendly.

I would like to have a folder based organization for various lists of items in the EMP, such as groups, email templates, sem forms, etc.

Right now if I forget to include something or correct something, I have to delete the touchpoint and start over. There is no edit option, just delete.

It would be great to have a drop down option for the unsubscribe reason - which will help to hone in on better campaigns etc.
