There are times when I'd like to filter to specific reps or ignore certain reps, but there is no straightforward way to create a group to choose only some reps. Utilizing the same functionality that the Sources filter has would solve this.

After locking a group, the same user cannot unlock it. Only the creator can unlock a Group. If a user locks a Group, can you allow that same user permission to unlock it?

The "Lock Group" feature disallows users other than the person who created/locked it from making changed, but I believe should also prevent other users from deleting it.
