"Lock Group" should prevent other users from deleting it
The "Lock Group" feature disallows users other than the person who created/locked it from making changed, but I believe should also prevent other users from deleting it.

Locking a Group created by another user

When I lock a group that was created by another user, the only person that can then unlock the group is the user who created the group. I would like to request that as the person who locked the group, I should be able to unlock/edit.
