We would like to request the ability to delete group actions that have been previously created, including those that are archived.
Issue:
In our current setup, there are groups in the database that are no longer in use. However, we’re unable to delete or even deactivate these groups because they are still tied to historical group actions—even if those group actions have been archived.
This limitation creates unnecessary clutter in our database and complicates group management, especially when trying to maintain a clean and up-to-date list of active groups. The inability to remove or deactivate obsolete groups also increases the risk of user confusion and administrative errors.
