WebAdMIT uses the "State" field for more than just US & Canada - there is a detailed drop-down of states in every country in the US. The State field in EMP is limited to US & Canada, as well as the "Outside US & Canada" option. When importing applicant data from WebAdMIT, every non US/Canada state has to be individually mapped as "Outside US & Canada". The Imports with Missing Options list is almost always filled with non-mapped states from around the world. It would be better to have mapping which auto-maps all of the WebAdMIT international state fields to Outside US & Canada
