By allowing events to elapse more than one day gives the functionality to have multi-day events hosted inside EMP. This would include shading all events in the calendar view of the event registration.
We currently have a two-day event set up in EMP, but are only able to show the first day on the calendar. Although we can use wording to let our students/family members know it is a multiple day event, it is still very confusing when all of the EMP related functions only offer the first day of the event.
Adding this function will allow EMP to enhance it's offerings to orientation sessions, overnight visits, and more.

We are using events to set up our Summer orientation and absolutely need to be able to display an event with a 2 day duration.
