We do not use the prospect status...we want all of our staff to enter students as "Inquiries". Is it possible to hide "Prospect"?
While there is no ability remove the stage completely, it is now possible with custom stages to rename the Prospect stage to something else. This may help with your internal workflow if you rename it to something along the lines of 'Do Not Use'.
