Would it be possible to add a feature to the main phone number field so that if the phone is disconnected or no longer in service, we can flag it? Turn the number color to red or something to that nature. Typically a rep will just remove the number, but we should keep the number listed until we have a good number to replace it with. Changing the color of the field (or something to that nature) to flag it, would let anyone using the account, know that the number is "no good".
