When we select "Add touch-point" it would be very helpful if that window popped up more like the Submit a Ticket does but still allowed browsing the student's record so you could maybe copy/paste info or open the t-p while making a phone call so y...

New Idea for EMP - It would be awesome if a recruiter was away - like on vacation or something - that you could make all his/her to do's temporarily go to another user.

Pretty straight forward request. Lackawanna asked if they can add a 6th column to have one more field of pertinent information on the Students page. I gave them additional ways to access what they needed but since this was their initial question, ...

Currently the system field names like Primary Phone Number, Address 1 etc. can't be edited. Can we at least have a field display label added to the field that can be changed if you want the field on a form to say something other than the system name?

Add Street Line 2 from our Client Profile to the PURL footer and responsive email template.

Allow us to indicate our office hours so we can note on the PURL if our office is currently open or closed based on the schedule that we input. If closed, note when we are open next.

Forward calls to our actual phone number when students call the automated message number used for texts and voice messages. They currently get a "this number is not in service" message.

Allow admin on accounts update the notification settings for all users within the EMP account.

Would like the ability to see what is being created as it is being built vs. using a sample student (in different tab) to view. Having a preview button would be great.
