'Add Touch-point' window doesn't block student record visibility
When we select "Add touch-point" it would be very helpful if that window popped up more like the Submit a Ticket does but still allowed browsing the student's record so you could maybe copy/paste info or open the t-p while making a phone call so you could create your notes while engaging with the student's information.
