If we have a deleted record and for some reason new data from our nightly load comes in, it seems as though the new data updates can be appended to a deleted record--even if there is another record that exists for that same person. If that is the case, the system really needs to auto restore the record it's appending new information to. It doesn't make any sense that it would choose to update a deleted record who isn't able to receive a communication. Same concept as inactive records - new information comes in - in my mind if that information is going to append to an existing record that's inactive it should flip that person to active.Thanks!

We do not share this desire, as our deleted records may be at a stage that we don't want reactivated, or the record is old and therefore the data can't be trusted to be accurate (even with the updated information).
That said, I'd like for Deleted records to NOT be updated at all, but only flagged as having been noticed as a match/duplicate.
