We have people that register for campus visits or events and tell us they didn't receive an email--most likely they missed the email or it landed in junk or it was in the students email. At any rate, is there an easy or quick way to just do a resend of an event confirmation auto responder? It doesn't appear in the box with their registration information unless we are actually registering them. Once they are registered, we don't see that box. It would be nice if we could have the option at any time to resend the message if we need to! We have this happen a lot.
