Hi, Central Methodist University has a daily notes file from Mongoose, a texting platform. The notes file includes the rep name, text message content and student ID. It would be great if Text Msg's could be added to the User Statistics page in EMP and also if the text msg's could be attributed to the rep based on this file. This way the client can track that the reps are in communication with their students.
