Thanks, Kristin! We understand the need to know exactly which unengaged records are currently maxed out on their emails, so we added a new comprehensive, sortable list to do just that.
Note: Due the frequency in which records move on/off the list (as they engage), this criteria has not been added as a new criteria in the Group Builder.
