We want to utilize a student's preferred name in print/email. We can't add the variable to these pieces because the majority of students have the field blank. Can we add a feature that allows us to use preferred name if a student lists it but first name if not? OR autopopulate first name into empty preferred name fields. This would help with inclusivity efforts (and would be the right thing to do!)
