Right now when using the attachments feature while sending emails, the attachments go to the bottom corner of the email and it is hard to draw attention to them. We need a template design that puts the attachment at the top of an email like it does when sending an email through outlook or gmail so it's easier for individuals to find them. It would also be helpful to make the title of the attachment a bigger and bolder font so it is more visually obvious as well.
