Liaison EMP

Since group actions have been added, I have felt that it would be useful to have an archive feature for groups. Often, i am creating the group for no other purpose than the action. I'd like to keep the groups in order to look back at the history and see what group actions were applied, but remove them from the list of active groups that I would otherwise be using on a day-to-day basis.
