Give admins the option to check a box that automatically allows all field categories, touch points, and forms when a new permission group is created

Currently, we have to check 4 different places to deal with permission groups. If we have a lot of touchpoints, we need to go into each one individually to add the new permission group. Tedious! Give the option to check off everything when a new permission group is created.
