Automatically CC all emails to Admissions Reps (or whatever group of staff should know about ongoing communication). We hear often that our reps are not aware of what emails are being sent and when. Since they're often on the road, would be great if they could just get copies of all of them.
Could this be part of campaign set up? A checkbox to copy the applicable rep. Maybe also a field where you can enter additional users to be copied on a particular campaign?
