Provide Notification When Emails Are Not Dispatched

When a campaign is set to be deployed at a certain time (and has been turned on), there is no way presently to ensure that the action actually was completed without having to log back into the campaign. As with imports and being able to see if they were successful (or not) via a notification, it would be beneficial to see the notification on whether or not that campaign went out.
