Currently, PURL access is only removed from the stages of "Withdrew or Declined Admission" or "Denied". For reporting purposes, there might be more stages that are similar, or more specifc, that also need to have PURL access denied. Our workaround has been to create a very barebones PURL for students in those stages. Having no PURL access for them would be ideal.
