Would like to see an easier way to link a Custom form in an email campaign. Would like to direct students directly to forms in EMP rather than to their PURL then having them look for the form. Currently I hyperlink after finding the form link myself, but would like an easier method for staff members to insert direct links to forms in emails.
Thanks Kraig. I do post the form on differnt tabs and link like you stated. It's one of our typical habits to build the viewbook page out when we contstruct the form.
That's a better wording though, link to the viewbook tab rather than the custom form. Just a way to make it easier to for staff members to insert links in emails.
You can create links to specific PURL tabs. Forms do not exist on their own, but must be on a tab. So if you have a form called "Student Update" on a tab called "More Info" you could link directly to that tab by including the PURL and /more_info after it.
Example: www.schoolsite.edu/JakeHuffman/more_info
