Recruiters spend an inordinate amount of time typing notes about their students in these sections. Keeping good notes is crucial, so no way to get around the necessity of keeping them. A lot of time could be saved by simply speaking the notes and having them added to the record in text form. This would also be especially helpful on mobile devices.
