Currently the 2 notification options for Email and Text Reply are "Records Assigned to Me" and "Records Assigned to Anyone." It would be wonderful if we had the option to select "Records assigned to _______ (choose a user within your system)". This would give us the ability to receive notifications for colleagues that are out-of-office or on vacation.
Or, another thought: If an EMP user knows they are going to be out-of-office or on vacation, is there a way they can temporarily modify their own profile so email and text replies go to another EMP user?
