When a rep sends an email from a student record and the student responds, there is no way for the student to receive a touchpoint. It would be great if the student could receive touchpoints when they respond to email communication.
I'm curious, Jennifer, what the usefulness of having a touch-point added would be? To me, it seems that it would clutter up the student's timeline and make it more complicated to see the content/context of the email reply since the email conversation is visible in the Communications section of the record.
