The current email templates are quite limited, non-intuitive and difficult to customize. Having a WYSIWYG editor similar to Higher Logic, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc. would be very helpful and allow users to craft more modern emails for prospects. Additionally, having the ability to drop images directly into an email would be helpful.
