We have a very active Financial Aid department who want to use text messaging in EMP to communicate with students who've opted-in to receive. In doing that, however, we have realized that the FA rep will not be able to be notified of a response unless they have settings enabled to receive notification for records assigned to anyone. This could get out of hand later on when we have a larger pool of opted-in students. It seems to me that a great addition to the notification settings would be the ability to have notifications for text message responses if you were the user who sent the message. Users have the ability to subscribe to notifications for "Email and Text Message Replies" under Account > Preferences > Notification Settings.
