If there was a tab next to the subject bar that would allow users to customize the Formfill recommendations, it would be very helpful for sending out email templates repeatedly. Anyone who sends many of the same emails to different students would benefit greatly from this feature. Even just being able to delete outdated recommendations would be very useful.

Do you mean like saved template/quick text emails that are programmed and you could choose from a dropdown to fill in an outgoing email, then make any necessary edits before testing/sending?
