I know that email attachment handling is being worked on, but I was wondering if it would be possible in the meantime so emails managed by EMP would be able to detect when a file is attached and when that's the case have them forward the email directly to the email address so that the attachment still gets through.
This way we aren't giving students a bad experience by asking them to repeat their actions, etc.
Another option would be like what is shown in this screenshot from another CRM company that allows for email forwards to go to an intermediate source that is intelligent enough to identify what record to attach the email to.
