Liaison EMP

I have noticed that when we comment on a to-do, we don't get a notification flag or email, and there doesn't appear to be a way to change your notification preference for to-do comments. It would be nice if a comment left on a to-do would generate an email and/or flag, and it would be good if any responses to that comment would display in the student file (without having to full open the to-do).
