On Emails use the following logic for variables in emails/Microsite pages - Use Preferred Name - if blank use First Name?

SOPHAS will be adding preferred name to the application for Cycle 13. We would like to import this name into EMP and use it in emails/Microsite pages. However, if they did not submit this information first name needs to be used. Can we use the following logic in emails/Microsite pages - Use Preferred Name - if blank use First Name?
