I find that most of the manually created to-dos I schedule are for the assigned rep, but when the to-do screen pops up it is set to my name (and since the order is based on how long a user has been in the system it often takes me a while to find the right person). Would really like it if the default was the assigned rep's name, and the list alphabetized and/or searchable like how some other fields function.
