I like how blast campaigns function, but as many are designed with a first email being very intentionally written to be the first in a series to promote an event, etc. I'd like a checkbox on tiers after the first that can require a record to have received the previous tier if desired.
Currently, the only way to do this is to create multiple groups looking at email sent criteria to get them in/out of the right emails. This requires a lot of management.
